Former Cleveland City Council staffer Pete Pudner opened the Cleveland office when Concentric was founded, and Ohio has remained Concentric’s top for business since its inception. Concentric has won more than 200 referenda and many land use issues, as well as winning campaigns for City Council and conducting successful petition drives. Lobbying efforts are often coordinated with Steve Dimon in Columbus and many subcontractors.
